Built 1799 destroyed in Freak Flood 1894. The Great Zennor Flood which swept down valley. The mill was empty at the time, waiting for the new owner.
This dramatic photo also appears (in reverse) as a square lantern slide (WRECKS 32OF 270) missing the figure on the left. The detail is, however much better.
