A large group of girls in gym uniform, including hats, giving a display to people watching. The girls are dancing in two large circles. See also MG. 511, taken at the same event. The school is St. Gertrude's in Penzance.

All members of Newlyn Centenary Primitive Methodist Church at Gwavas Road, Newlyn, TR18 5LX. Taken soon after building of the church in 1927 at a cost of £5,047.
