Westward Television was the first ITV franchise holder for the South West of England, and operated from 1961 until 1981.
Jethro is the son of Hugh Rowe, St Buryan Rally's President. Hugh is also something of a television personality, having demonstrated Cornish hedging backed by a lifetime's experience in country crafts, steam and threshing.
