Addressed to Miss D Hollis in Muswell Hill from her sister P. staying at the Riviera Palace Hotel (Currently Bolitho Nursery School). She remarks, 'So far it has never ceased raining since we arrived...'. The colourised image shows a large ship in the wet dock with St Mary's Church and the Market house cupola in the background.
