Way Collection This collection contains views and images of people taken in the latter part of the 19th C and early 20th C. Not possible to identify people but the families involved here are the Martin or Martyn family from St Austell who began the China Clay business over 200 years ago and Jacob Corin from Penzance. One member of the Martin family Ellen married Jacob Corin from Penzance who with a Mr Rodda ran a very successful business supplying fresh beef and vegetables to HM ships from Penzance.
