Built for a London Company, and run by Steam.
After it was demolished, Mr Bedford Bolitho bought the site and created The Italian Gardens 1916.

Building with chimneys of Smelting Works. the signpost says For Pedestrians on one side, and St Ives, Gurnards Head, Nancledra, Gulval on the other.

This photo has been identified as Joseph Stevens by his grandson David Mann.
