Mr Quilter was the manager of the Ritz Cinema, Penzance for over 25 years. This image would be towards the end of his career in the early 1960s.

Archibald Durrant Quilter (1899-1986) was the manager of the Ritz Cinema, Queen Street, Penzance for over 25 years. He retired in 1964.
