Leonora Trehair, Manageress, Ritz Cinema

Leonora Trehair, known as Nora, worked closely with Archibald Quilter at the Ritz Cinema in Queen Street, Penzance. She started as a cashier, was promoted to assistant manageress, before becoming manageress when Mr Quilter retired. The Ritz was then a bingo hall. She retired in the late 1960s.
