The caption reads: 'In Morrab Gardens, Penzance. I am quite fascinated by the "surroundings" here.

Mr Bernard Broad of Pentewan, St Austell, at the wheel of his 1918 Garrett Showman's locomotive. With this engine and its accompanying Marenghi organ he raised large sums for Cornish charities.
