Description

The Workhouse, officially known as the Penzance Union Workhouse, was designed by the prominent Victorian architectural partnership of George Gilbert Scott (later Sir George Gilbert Scott) and William Bonython Moffatt.
Artist, Alfred Wallis (1855-1942), spent his final days and died here.
