Description
Mining underground group of miners in front of wooden headgear Giew Mine, formerly Reith Consols, on the slopes of Trink Hill , near Nancledra. The deafest level being 240 fathoms. 200 persons were employed in its last few years. Operations ceased 1923 .
The engine house can still be see alongside the B3311 road near the Engine Inn.
