Morley Richards standing outside his shop, 51 Causewayhead, Penzance. The building signage is "Mafeking Stores" and has the proprietor as G Green, who was still in business there in 1914. Morley became proprietor between then and 1926.

Information from donor reads "Morley Richards (1888-1980) grew up in Penzance after moving from Lanner with his mother and brother after his father's early death. He opened Richards Cycle Shop at 51 Causeway Head, Penzance after working at Devonport dockyard during WW1. He was variously President of the Penzance Wheelers Cycle Club and one of the Penzance football clubs."
