All white buildings in the centre are gone. Now this is Newlyn car park, not to be confused with the other car park at St Peter's Hill, Newlyn Town. Note: the road looks as if there may be some surface flooding; difficult to say for sure. The Coombe-an-Strand area has suffered severe flooding from the river at times. One of the worst floods was in 1894.
